Do not sign up for GEHA and Medco!! Medco has done everything in their power to fail to fill our daughter's prescriptions. We have had to pay thousands of dollars to fix their mail order problems. Their on-line tracking system says your prescription will be delievered on a certain date, and then they cancel the order without notice. We have been left without medication for weeks. Medco fills the prescription for the wrong family member and then charges you tons of money becuase the doctor hasn't "pre-approved the prescrption for that family member" (when Medco mistakenly filled it for the wrong person). Medco is a mess and when complaining to GEHA, GEHA has refused to do anything. Medco and GEHA are all about failing to provide prescriptions for their clients. DO NOT USE MEDCO or you will be paying thousands of dollars out of your pocket and hours on the phone trying to fix Medco's mistakes.
