Antitrust
In re Domestic Air Transportation Antitrust Litigation, 148 F.R.D. 297 (N.D. Ga. 1993): The firm appeared as objecting counsel on behalf of foreign class members who were not furnished notice of a proposed settlement.

Personal Injury
In addition to pharmaceutical and medical device cases, he has experience in products liability, personal injury, medical negligence, and administrative appeals. Mr. Coleman is currently overseeing the management of the firm’s filed transvaginal mesh cases and is actively involved in the firm’s defective hip implant cases, defective knee implant cases, Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors cases, and Mirena IUD cases.

Bankruptcy
In re The Delaco Company, Civ. Action No. 04-10899 (S.D.N.Y. Bankruptcy Ct. 2004): Served as co-counsel with a New York bankruptcy firm representing the rights of a group of Dexatrim diet drug users in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Extensive negotiations with Debtor’s counsel and the Tort Claimants Committee resulted in fairer compensation and administration of Dexatrim claims against The Delaco Company under the Debtor’s Reorganization Plan.
