Rhode Island Rentals

Do not rent the wedding arch! When we picked it up the guy threw it into my husbands truck I took there to pick it up and ended up scratching the truck in five places. I did not ask the guy to load it he did so on his own account while I was in the office signing for the rental. Then when I got it home to decorate it for our daughter's wedding it was in need of repairs, a painting, and in horrible shape. I thought the guy loaded it onto my truck to make it easier for me, when in fact he was hiding the fact that it was broken. When I called to complain about the scratches I was sent to a voice mail account, it has been 5 days and I still have not heard from anyone. I would have returned it that day had it not been that the place closed at noon and I picked it up at 11:45am and the wedding was the next day. I will amend this comment when I hear back from the company and either get reimbursed for the scratches on our then two day old new truck or they have it fixed. Until then my comments are to not rent from this company.
