I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff of Elite. I highly encourage anyone to use this honorable business. Recently I had a major problem with my jeep and the staff helped me so much ( we decided it was in my interest to sell the car rather than get it repaired). We also had a Chevy truck that no one could repair until we came to Elite for service!

Bobby, Ruth and the entire crew over at Elite have gone above and beyond to provide the best service and work for myself and my families vehicles. There is not another shop I would recommend so highly in all of Rhode Island!



edit* I notice they do not have it listed but they did all the work on my Porsche Cayenne and the work was done with even more expertise than the dealership.

Well not sure what this person below is all about, but as owner of Elite Auto Repair we thrive everyday to satisfy 100% of the people. if we ever fall short of that I always give my 100% to resolve any issue. If her husband can save all the money she did then it's obvious she doesn't need us. on this one all I can say is Read the rest of our testimonials and if you like what you see come visit us... after 12 years in business Miss tell the truth is our first bad review!

I took my car here hoping for quality service and price. I should have known better when I saw they specialize in BMW and Lexus. I am sure they do quality work, but the price OH BOY. For a $143 part and labor they wanted to charge me $550! What took my husband thirty min. and no special tools, they were going to charge me three hours of labor at $100 an hour. They had already charged me $100 for the diagnostic, which I still got stuck paying. So, if you have money to spare go right ahead. The people were really nice when they thought we would get the repairs done there, but as soon as we said, "we will be going elsewhere" the attitude changed.



I have no reference for quality of work done here, but I do know that they overcharge for labor. Seriously, if a person who has no training in automotive repair and nothing but a book and a diogram can do it in half an hour, how are you going to charge me for three hours?
