        Bought a used but still under warranty Simplicity. 2nd time used, it broke down. Long story short, every time I have used this machine, it has broken down and the store has kept it for lengthy periods of time. They don't return calls so I have had to stop at store to find out what's going on. Just got it back again, went to use it, and it is STILL broken! Called the store. They said they would pick it up the next day. No show, no call! I'm totally disgusted.
