My condo complex used these people to power-wash our siding. Claim was that they used a weak (.5%) solution of sodium hypochlorite and Dawn dish soap. I use moss as my ground cover, and every place the solution touched was immediately bleached white, and stayed that way! The ground cover was obvious--- they were standing on it when they killed it.

 I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our services. We feel we have a good relationship with the property manager of your condo complex and that management has been satisfied with our services overall. We've never had problems with our weak solution damaging plants in the past, so we'll definitely keep this in mind for the future. 
 I know we have followed up with you internally, but I wanted to address these concerns here as well. We've also reached out to the property manager at the complex. We were happy to cover the cost of replacing the moss garden in an attempt to make things right. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

Does not care about the customer.

Rolling Suds cleaned my siding for my townhouse. After they were done, I could no longer see out my windows, one of my plants next to the house died from the chemicals used, and a screen was pushed in making it impossible to open from the inside (a 3rd floor window). I called about the issues and first do not get a call, then when I did after I called again, the man was rude and condescending and did not take any responsibility/ownership for the results. No matter the price it is not a worth having this company powerwash your house.
