Horrible management company, they do not work for you is there moto. Communication is god awful, my property manager for Hickory Ridge is just a nasty woman who could care less about my community. All they are good for is walk through write-up's but when you question them on their compliance it is then a different story especially when it comes to money. STAY AWAY !
