Air Design Heating & Cooling

Expensive and late. No clue what I paid for

I recently hired this company to install a new system in my house and I couldn't have been any more satisfied. The salesman was up front with me about all the financing options and interest rates. He explained everything very well. The technicians were curtious, neat, and very professional. I called in to pay for my installation the next day, and the girl on the phone was professional and sent me a paid reciept immediately by email. I now have a FANTASTIC running system, and a yearly maintenance agreement with Air Design! I couldn't be happier! I highly reccommend this company to anyone looking to do any kind of heating and cooling work.

This is the worst AC company ever. They put in a used unit, that leaks, freezes, and the coils are rusted. The owner blows off calls, and does not show up to the job. The venting is too small for the unit, and they change their price after the job is done.The owner refuses to fix the unit. I would never hire them again, nor should anyone else. We are currently in litigation with this company.
