HORRIFIC. The owner..Mr Andrews was called by myself as I first needed to report that I was in the business the day before and his secretary showed aggression to myself and my daughter. I purchased glasses for my son and less then a year later the coating was coming off the lens and they were severely scratched. The frame was broke in 2 places. The secretary aggressively told him "we don't do anything about scratches, everyone's glasses scratch". She also showed aggression. To him as he had to wait for her to finish her cigarette break outside. Horrific customer service. Today I call and the owner..mr. Andrews literally hollered ignorance at me saying "this is how we will handle this" and I could not get a word in because he literally would not stop. He continued to raise his voice so loud I hung up. His secretary was witnessed by my daughter yesterday showing aggression and arguing "I am allowed to have a break"! Horrific business and service. Over $300 spent for cheap glasses!
