Eastpointe Income Tax Service

I have gone to Eastpointe Tax Service for years and have referred many people to them. I have always loved the service. Sadly, this year, I cant seem to get a return call from them despite leaving multiple messages (weeks now). I need my taxes done and I cant get a return call. Such a shame, now I must look for someone new.
