Five Star Ford Lincoln

My wife and I have bought several cars from Five Star Nissan and Five Star Dodge. But 5 star ford on Russel has had 2 chances to sell us vehicles and blew it both times. They play their numbers games, give below bottom dollar for trades, and theirs are overpriced. The sales manager trues to guilt trip you into buying a vehicle, then gets mad and can be very disrespectful. I will not step foot on that lot to test drive or look at vehicles after hours.

But after they were very rude to my mother-in-law is when I decided to write this review.

Very unhappy with the service or lack thereof that I received at five star ford. I went in to buy a new car knowing exactly what I wanted. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot but offered to locate the vehicle I wanted for me. After a few minutes they came back with a build sheet and invoice for exactly what I was looking for, even with a couple extra options. We agreed on price and they gave me a loaner and said my car would be at the dealership in 3 days. After three days I still hadn't heard anything from the dealership so I called to ask if they had any updates. They said they had the car and that it was being cleaned up and I could pick it up the next morning.



The next morning I drove up to the dealership and found the car I ordered parked in front. Upon inspecting it I noticed it was missing alot of the options that were on the build sheet that they had showed me. I brought this up to the salesman and his reply was "this is the car we showed you" I said no, it isn't the car you showed me had a different interior which was a $1500 option. He kept trying to say it was the same car until I asked if it had the same vin number as the one he showed me yesterday, his reply was "well no, but its the same". After spending the better part of an hour arguing with the sales manager and salesman they would only take off $500 for the error.



Basically they screwed me out of an extra $1000 for an option that wasn't in the car. In hindsight I should have walked away from the deal, but I was tired of dealing with these crooks and just wanted my car. I hope that $1000 they took from me was worth it. They'll never get any business with me ever again.
