A Step Above House Cleaning

Hired this company to do light house cleaning for me the first time they came out the ladies did a good job very pleased and call them a month later a different lady came along with one other lady that has been to my home the first time. Am not someone that follows the girls around I trust they knew what to do, clearly if you see some dirt on the floor etc your there to do a cleaning service very upset not much was done called the office spoke to management felt blown off entirely ask to have my payment refunded well we will see.I offered for them to come out and review this situation did not seem interested I feel very upset that this company feels justified taking my money these people are hiring anyone just to make an appointment and money off the community I am eighty one years old always did my cleaning myself it was hard to ask for help just would like this Company to show some respect for their customers and get the job done right BEWARE....

Great service and great prices! Super profesional and organized did not disturb any of my statues and collectibles (pop culture and movies statues). After a looong work week no one wants to clean, those people saved my house!

Got a fixed price of $120 with coupon for deep cleaning. When I came home the laundry room floor was dirty all along the walls, the bathmat was dirty, the rung near my nightstand was missed, the beds were not made correctly ( who doesn't know how to make a bed!) and the bathroom trash can was still full. In the kitchen they did not empty the room to clean because it was dirty behind the trash can. The rug in front of my sliding doors was dropped in a pile to the side and I had to re-clean the hardwood floors in the den because they had not been wiped down. That's not all of it but I can't go on and on here. Will Never use them again. I can say the staff was friendly and tried to correct the problems but it was obvious to me they had no idea how to clean. No attention to detail. Then they told me I owed them $200 because it was by the hour. Fortunately I had a copy of the contract with the price written on it. Wow. Buyer beware.

You never realize how much cleaning your house needs until you have it professionally cleaned. I hire A Step Above House Cleaning with the thought of hiring them to just do a deep clean, but after seeing how clean they got my house, they changed my mind. I could not believe how great my house looked after one cleaning. They cleaned it all from the ceiling fan blades to the stains on my carpet, it was unbelievable. I expected a drop off in the cleanliness after the deep clean, but I have yet to notice even the smallest decline. I constantly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Thanks to A Step Above my house has gone from smelling like a pet store to an actual house. I have two dogs and a cat, so there are quite a few odors that needed to be covered up. Their cleaners manage to get all of the hair and dandruff off my sofa and carpet. Now instead of my house smelling of animals, it now smells like a fresh garden that’s to the cleaning products they use. I’m not sure how they get my house looking so clean with 3 animals trying their best to make my house a pig sty. They offer superior cleaning and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have never written a review online before but I felt I needed to rate the service I received from these people. When I originally hired them they came in and did a very nice job but over time the crews were always different and the work became worse each time. This past time the girls arrived late which I can understand but this was by far the worst crew we have been sent! They never bothered to even vacuum my family room or dust for that matter because I can tell very easily if the carpet was done. The kitchen floor still had some dirt and crumbs on the floor although they were supposed to clean it. Please look elsewhere for a cleaning service as I intend to do.

Before I moved into a house with a friend, I did not realize how allergic I am to cat hair. After suffering through a month of allergies, I decided we needed to have someone come in and clean up after the cat. A Step Above does such a great job getting rid of all the cat hair and dandruff, I can now sit on the couch without any allergic reaction. Not only have they given me the freedom to sit wherever, but they also freed up time I used to waste cleaning to now have more of a social life.

Me and my wife aren’t the most youthful people in our development and started needing help keeping the house clean. Our son told us about A Step Above and I must say our house has not looked this good in years. I do not have the best hearing, but talking to these employees has yet to be an issue. They truly go a step above the rest in their service.

I've heard nothing but good things, and they didn't disappoint. It was very easy to communicate throughout the process, and when the crew arrived, they were personable yet professional. I was in my backyard, and the cleaning took about an hour and a half, and everything was in perfect place around the house but cleaned very thoroughly. I'm very impressed with their diligence, and it was a great cleaning for that price!

My neighbor referred them, and I've been more than satisfied for the past 2 months. With 3 dogs and 2 kids, it gets unbearable, and the smells travel throughout the house. Once I got everyone out of the house, the crew proved to be a great referral. They use some products and equipment that really stand out, making the house smell fresh and look great. If only I could keep it that way!

Great treat for my LDW party. Had the house cleaned on Friday, company on Sunday, and it was great. The home looks refreshed, and the service was unbeatable in my experience.

Very personable and great at what they do. Their disinfectants make my home look and smell fresh, and i've seen the look in my wife's eyes when she comes home after a cleaning. they customize their work based on what I need, and provide a courtesy call the day before as a reminder they're coming and ask if the cleaning will be the same as last time. They care about their customers, and care about their jobs, which results in a job well done.

The in-laws are spending Labor Day weekend at the house. Exciting! I called A Step Above for the third time this year, and they came out yesterday to make my house look brand new. Since I'll be down the shore for the next two weeks, now is the perfect time. Lisa made sure everything was perfect before they left, and I put my complete trust in her every time. She's earned it, and so has A Step Above.

What can I say, the service has been awesome. Just moving to Montgomery County from Michigan, I hired them for move in cleaning to make sure I walked in with a shining place. that was without furniture, but even with furniture, they dust, sanitize, sweep, mop, and go above and beyond, not interfering with the layout of the furniture. They evenpick up the frames and displays on the mantel to dust them off, placing them back. Now, I set up a monthly cleaning, and they listen to all my demands without a complaint or groan. Awesome, awesome, awesome, recommended to anyone.
