DONT EVER BUY A CAR FROM CUSTOMER1AUTO. They sell nothing but junk cars that break down all the time. I have had my car for 5 months and it has broken down every month i have had it and now its been at their shop for over a month getting the blown engine replaced. YES OVER A MONTH. They are the worst customer service place i have ever dealt with and actually have been cursed out by their salesman Juan over the phone just for asking if my car is going to get done. PLEASE DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Very good people

Me and my wife purchased a car and had a few issues with it it is a used car so it happens. Scott and his crew helped us by not only replacing a non warranty part but also working a arrangement that would not break our wallets. Recently my father passed and I was not able to make out payments Scott worked with me so once things got sorted out I could start making the payments when I could. I recommend them to get a car from cause they do try and help and do help when you need it.

We bought a car and were desperate. We were not allowed to test drive because the salesman refused that should have been the first sign. We needed to replace the power steering pump 2 days after we left the lot the so called warranty is crap. I had a issue when I went to make a payment and was told I needed another 300 to keep te car when I refused the so called mechanic came out with a wrench looked at me and asked if I had a problem. That's a nice way to run a business Scott. I have reported you to the bbb and attorney general please people do not waste your time or money on this place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THOSE GUYS, THEY ARE A RIP OFF, FIRST THEY SELL YOU A CAR THAT IS WAY OVER PRICED AND THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF AN UNFORTUNATE SITUATION I AM IN , I THOUGHT THEY WHERE DIFFERENT THEN ALL THE OTHER BUY-HERE-PAY-HERE, THEY SEEM VERY NICE AT FIRST, BUT BEHIND YOUR BACK THEY RIP YOU OFF WORSE THEN THE "OTHER" GUYS, ADD UP YOUR PAYMENTS, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO TELL THAT THERE IS A VERY HIGH " FEE " THEY DON'T DISCLOSE ( I DID NOT SEE ON THE CONTRACT EITHER ) ( I HAVE REPORTED THAT TO THE BBB, ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND THE BANKING COMMISSION OF PA )TO YOU AND THE LATE FEE'S ARE VERY HIGH.



BUT WORSE OF ALL THEY SELL YOU CARS THAT ARE BOUGHT AT THE ALLENTOWN AUTO AUCTION AND THEY HAVE LOTS OF PROBLEMS, THE OWNER TELLS YOU JUST DRIVE THE CAR A FEW DAYS AND THEN WE LET THE WARRANTY COMPANY ( CARS WARRANTY ) PAY FOR THE REPAIR !!!!



I HAD MY CAR FOR 2 MONTH NOW AND HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, BUT SINCE I PAID THEM $2000 DOWN, I'M STUCK FOR NOW, THAT'S MY FAULT, I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER.

Do not buy a car from this place...I purchased a vehicle couple weeks ago and nothing but problems..would smell burned oil, at idle or short / long drive.The cv joint boot was torn so thinking the grease was spattered on to the manifold and have that burned oil smell.I took the car to a garage to get the cv joint..$ 160.00 new parts & labor..I asked the mechanic to look the car over in case there were other issues with the car..There were plenty,,BLOWN HEAD GASKET,REAR MAIN SEAL LEAK,TIMING BELT,WATER PUMP,NEW CLUTCH AND PRESSURE PLATE ,Because oil from rear main seal got on to the clutch ..ALL NEW GASKET ALL AROUND..The only way to fix it is to PULL THE ENGINE OUT...$ 2800.00 PARTS AND LABOR which I have to admit wasn't bad..Also new ROTORS AND BRAKES ,4 NEW TIRES ..TOTAL $3648.00..AND I ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 3 WEEKS..The warranty they offer does not cover the parts i need to fix...D O N O T B U Y A C A R F R O M T H I S P L A C E ...

At first it seemed fine. After...

At first it seemed fine. After having it for 3 days, my check engine light came on for a cylinder misfire in #3. I replaced 4 burnt to heck spark plugs, wires, and a valve cover gasket because cylinder 3 was FILLED to the top with oil. A month later, it came on again, same thing. I had to replace the coolant holder. Came on AGAIN, I replaced the coil pack. A week later, not even, came on AGAIN! I took it to customer one auto and they came out, turned off my check engine light and told me it was normal for the light to come on. I asked "well then why am i going through 90.00 worth of a gas a week?" They said "well your going to if theres a misfire." WTH? You just contradicted yourself. The light is supposed to come on and theres no problem, so that means a misfire is normal!?! I just replaced all 4 fuel injectors. NOW my car shuts off at a stop light or stop sign with an oil can. A mechanic told me there is a vacuum leak, transmission is going, AND water pump needs to be replaced. TOTAL RIPOFF! I dont care what the owner says to these responses, because i TRIED To take it down there to get help and they wouldnt help me.

I wanted to share me experienc...

I wanted to share me experience with Customer 1 Auto, I purchased an 01 Mercedes ML 320, and sortly after my mom purchased an 05 Hyundai Sante Fe......our cars have not given us any problems whatsoever. I'm am so glad we put our trust in Customer 1 Auto, as we all know used cars can be a real nightmare. Scott is def not your typical "salesman" he is a down to earth guy who enjoys what he does and he made buying our cars so much fun!! From time to time we stop in to just to visit them at the office, everyone is super friendly there.

Don't buy a car from here!

I wish I would have read the first review before buying my car from here. I'm having the same problem. I bought a car from here and they says a 90 day warranty but you have to pay for it and then they told me I needed an inspection they'd pay for I took it to their garage in lehighton and they said I needed more work but everything was covered under the warranty. Well the garage took 2 days to "fix it" and when I got the car back it didn't feel any different and now it's back and the garage because it broke down yesterday. I can only blame my self for buying a crappy car from them but please if you are going to buy a car don't go here!

It is truly sad to see that this particular individual did not take the time nor feel it was important enough to call us to correct whatever problem we certainly could have resolved BEFORE posting here... I bought a car here about 2 months ago. So far, I've had to have it fixed 3 times!! Even after talking me into a much "better" and more expensive warranty, the warranty doesn't cover ANYTHING!! I've spent over $500 for repairs and still don't have a decent car to drive around in. Make sure if you are considering buying a car from here that you ask to have it checked out by a mechanic of your choice! Their service and quality of cars they sell are unacceptable. They will rip you off.
