        I had a great experience with them! I was paying an outrageous amount of money for flood insurance. They helped me get out of the flood zone and even get money back. Thank you so much!

        After 32 years, our mortgage company decided that we needed to have flood insurance on our home to the tune of $1,300 a year in addition to house insurance. The FEMA website was frustrating and difficult to navigate. After a call to Flood Zone Specialists, they were able to submit the information to obtain a Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) from FEMA to release us from being required to carry flood insurance on our home. I admit to having doubts at first,but the Office Manager, Sandi Swiderski, reassured me that this was their specialty and she kept me informed of the progress through e-mails and phone calls. I highly recommend this company.
