True Salon

Love this salon! The hair stylists are talented, welcoming, and really listen to your ideas. I love the calming atmosphere of the salon as well as the amazing products they carry! I recommend this salon to everyone I know!

The staff is very rude and unwelcoming. If I could rate this salon zero stars, I would. I have been to this salon once and will not be returning. I have had my eyebrows waxed for many, many years and this was the first salon to wax a complete, thick layer of my skin off. (pictures to prove) After an examination from a highly respectable doctor at Walla Walla Clinic, it turns out that it was in fact burns from wax. The owner tried to tell me I was on acne medication and that it was my fault. I have never been on acne medication. Thanks for accusing the client and not allowing them back into the salon. They don't keep this salon clean, the chairs are dirty and there was hair all over the floor. There are much better salons and hairdressers all over the Walla Walla area, I recommend them over this place anyway.
