        Beware

        A family member was released to Care One after surgery in perfect health. Within 24 hours she had to be rushed to the ER. The nurses put her in danger by their lack of experience, education, and poor record keeping. We were lucky we got to Care One in time to get her out of there. Please do not leave a loved one at Care One.
