        Called 3 times for an estimate...

        Called 3 times for an estimate, and some miserable lady answers. She said someone will call me back, and never does...AWFUL

        Wasted time

        I asked to have a hose bib repaired. Gave them three days to prep for it. The morning of the scheduled work they called and said they wouldn't make it till the afternoon. In the afternoon, they called again and postponed till the next workday. I stayed home all that day as well and never saw them. Don't waste your days off with these guys. They didn't seem to mind wasting mine.
