MinuteClinic

It was fine as far as the doctor was, but billing is awful. I paid my bill months ago and they keep sending a bill for my 25 dollar copay. I called them and they give me someone whom can't even speak English hardly. Then she tells me I never paid it, I got online with the bank and I saw where I paid. They took the money and basically keep trying to get me to pay more. I went to CVS in the area none were helpful at all. I called the number and they then said nobody in the billing was working call back 8 to 3pm. I contacted my bank to send proof of the 25 dollar payment which Minute Clinic denies I paid. I will never go back to the Minute Clinic it has cost more in gas to deal with all this nonsense than the bill itself. You need to hire someone that knows what they are doing in billing. Since the Minute Clinic is in CVS I wont go there either especially considering how hateful the pharmacist was at one.
