Do your business elsewhere or be sorry. The good thing is that they will someday reap what they have sowed. Would not want to be them when this happens. To many good businesses that want your business to mess with MASTERS!!!

I can only speak for how I was treated. I would not even give them 1 star but thats as low as it goes. After the sell they could not have cared less. They seemed to be purposely slow, unreliable, uncaring and I have had to refix their so called fixes. LaFayette Masters did not like me, as I complained to Exmark about their service and I guess he wanted to teach me a lesson. It took over a month during mowing season to replace a pump. After repeated calls, I picked up my mower and was told it had been ready for over a week. First time I mowed with it the clutch assembly fell off. What a coincidence! Took over a month to fix it also. After that fix the new pump they had put on leaked oil and it would not pull properly. Had to borrow a mower all summer. I was told to never come back which I had no intentions of doing anyway. After leaving the mower for 2 hours at a reputable business it was fixed. I was told that the pump dump valves had been left open and the fittings had not been tightened. If Masters Equipment was the last place on earth I would gladly do with out. There are still places that care for their customers and appreciate your business, this is not one of them!
