        M-Ployment was started in August 2007 as a program of Mission Waco. We are a full-service temporary labor agency. All of our workers are drug tested and have had a background check ran on them. The purposes of our program are to pay our employees a fairer wage without charging the client more, and to assist our employees find full-time permanent work. In order to meet our second goal we provide training classes and employment coaching.
