        Worst experience ive ever had from a head shop like this, i highly suggest you never come here!. First of all when i walked in and asked where the glass downstems were, and this old shrew lady answered me with "WHAT? do i have to show them where they are?" I mean come on really ITS YOUR DAMN JOB!. the most awful customer service i have ever come across in my life. I advise you stay away from this place. IF i could choose 0 Stars i would in a heart beat. TWO THUMBS DOWN!
