Great and friendly customer service

We had a great experience with Living Spaces especially since Jen S. was the sale's professional that assisted us. She was never pushy yet always available with all the information to ensure we chose the right pieces and best fabric for durability. She also thoroughly informed us of the return policies and delivery options. We decided to visit the store in person because we were unsure of the quality of the furniture when we were looking online. The pieces that we purchased are of great quality.

This is our 4th time shopping and purchasing at Living Spaces, Vista. We have always had excellent service from staff that was not pushy and provided answers to all our questions.
In our most recent visit, Cindy was so helpful in helping us order our patio furniture. She reviewed our delivery and extended warranty options. We plan on returning g soon to purchase a new bedroo. Set.
Delivery was the next day, was prompt and the guys assembled everything swiftly...getting it positioned just the way we wanted it!

We went to several other furniture stores and were bombarded by questions and sales reps. When we were ready, we reached out to someone here that helped decide on everything we needed for new couches. Best sales experience yet, we will be back for future purchases.

Gloria, Kyle, and Sarah were all exceptional in helping me out yesterday. There had been some breakdown of communication with the call center and my account, and all three of these individuals went above and beyond to accommodate me. Truly great people and employees! Living Spaces is very fortunate to have them!

Living Spaces is so unorganized. This is my second attempt to order a dinning room set from them and again I was disappointed. I was told that my items were in stock. The delivery guys get here and they were missing one of the items I ordered. The sales person Nancy and her manager told me multiple times before I paid for my order that my items were in stock and will be shipped to me on my delivery date. Be aware when shopping at living spaces. They will lie to you to get their commission. I'm so disappointed in them. They have really nice things, but very poor customer service.

This Company is a joke, damaged furniture, Lousy customer service , deceiving employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! BUYERS BEWARE. We spent over $14,000.00 and its been a nightmare!

If I could leave a zero or negative number I would. My wife is 6 months pregnant and we bought a couch from them for 2K. We were told that the couch would take two weeks to get to us. We also ordered a bunk bed for our daughter. The day our bunk bed and couch set was supposed to show..the bed arrived with parts missing and the couch was not delivered. I did not receive a call, no one followed up with me. I had to call them myself to find out where my couch was. When I called customer service. I was told that there was a delay with the manufacturer and it would take another two weeks. So living spaces also forgot the trundel bed for my daughters bunk bed. They forgot to resolve that. So after one week, I called them and asked where the trundel bed is and they had no idea what I was talking about. It has been 5 weeks and NO couch..I do NOT recommend them..They simply lied to me to sell the couch and still have not been honest to me about when it will arrive. Do not shop here, they lie!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have several pieces of furniture that are in pieces on my living room floor. When the delivery people showed up, they had the wrong hardware and couldn't put the furniture together. They swore someone would be there that day between 8pm and midnight with the right parts to put it together. We waited all night, no one showed up. No one called. I raised heck the next day and was promised that the right parts were there, but the earliest someone could come out was,you guessed it, 8pm to midnight. And once again, no one showed up or called. I am at my wits end, I don't know what to do. They lie, they deliver shoddy merchandise, and they won't fix the problem. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. I wish we could give zero stars.
