Treated with disregard from the time I was investigating what flooring was best for my home. Against better judgment, I had the estimate done and ordered the flooring. When the flooring arrived, there was insufficient material to do the job because the person who measured made an error! Then, after having to wait a week (in a house with a section of flooring not done) for the additional product to complete the job to arrive, it turns out that this company ordered the wrong flooring, and if that were not enough, went ahead and installed it even though it was clear the flooring didn't match what was already installed. Despite there now two serious errors, this company had me wait almost two weeks for them to again order flooring before they bothered to come to my home to complete the job. Their attitude the whole time was as if they were doing me a favor to install flooring - almost as though I were not good enough for them even though they were (ultimately) paid thousands of dollars for this job. Then, I paid the remaining balance (a deposit was paid upfront), and I received a receipt of paid in full. Now, they are trying to indicate that I owe $50 and actually belief they are entitled to a late fee. Horrible, horrible service and very unprofessional company! They might find themselves in court, but in the meantime, hopefully this post can spare someone like me who only wanted to improve their home, and had the misfortune of coming across this company. Their actual actions are a contradiction to what they would like you to believe about them, to say the least!

Franey's stands behind everything they sell. Even though it had been over 15 years since my carpet was laid when I called to have someone see what could be done about the wrinkling. Jimmy came right out looked it over (I did have my original receipt) and told me I had a lifetime pad that had gone bad. A week later their men came out and removed my old pad, put in a new allergen free pad and reinstalled my carpet over the top. They were all very nice even though there was a lot of heavy furniture to be moved so it wasn't an easy job. My floor looks and feels like new again. The store & their employees get my highest endorsement. Most places would not have told me about my lifetime pad and just tried to sell me new carpet.
