Worst experience ever. Stay away from this agent! I paid for insurance I never received and I'm still trying to get my money back a year later.

'Bob' only became my Farmers insurance agent when my original insurance agent left Farmers. At this time, I had home, auto and life with Farmers. I had whole life insurance on my three children and when my fourth was born, I thought it would be easy to get her the same coverage. After contacting 'Bob' at his office several times with no call back, I finally got through to an assistant who helped me. After two months of me wondering why my newest daughter still did not have life insurance, I called 'Bob' several times and received no response. I quickly called Met Life and took out new policies for my children. This was in January 2012. Fast forward to January 2015, I just realized Farmers has been charging me for the three life insurance policies the whole time (from a savings account that we rarely check). Seriously, I still can't get him to call me back. Monday morning, I will be calling the district manager of Farmers (559-429-4257) and demanding my money be returned. If not, I am sure my husband, who is an attorney, will have some things to say to Farmers and this hack of an insurance salesman 'Bob'.

Stay away from this guy! He took over when my long time insurance man retired. He did absolutely nothing for us when my daughter was hit in the parking lot of Target. He is never in the office and does not return calls. We just changed insurance companies, and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for quality insurance. What a huge disappointment! After so many years of good service, we end up with this goofball! He makes Farmers look bad!!
