The team at Virginia Beach Florist is the best and most reliable in Hampton Roads, I 'll never call anyone else! Not only did they do an amazing job on my wedding, but whenever I need flowers for a special occasion the arrangements are beautiful every time!

I just recently had a bouquet sent to my fiance and all I have to say she was overjoyed with tears.. Russ the owner not only gave me a great deal but set me up with an arrangement that was breathtaking and memorable.. I have like that commercial purchased from this location several times before but this time they were A step above perfection.. Virginia Beach Florist was very good to me. I may have only used their services once online, but I was rather pleased with the results and will definitely go back to them again. I got to have the flowers I picked delivered to my girlfriend's house in timely fashion; she loved them. I also appreciate the variety of flowers they have based on certain occasions giving me more options to choose from; something that other flower shops I' ve checked out did't provide. Very timely. Appreciated the notifications that the product was delivered. Was informed the delivery person was very nice and friendly.

Wide selection of flowers and arrangement for a host of occasions. Prices were in line with my expectations. More to the point was that the recipient was delighted with the freshness, colors size of the arrangements, and called to thank me immediately upon receipt.

Our flower and teddy bear gift arrived quickly and was beautiful. It was exactly what we were hoping it would be and the recipient loved it.

This place is great Instead of going to 1800-flowers and then having them do whatever they do. I can get a hold of these people here at Virginia Beach Florist and talk to them directly to get what i want. Their seasonal selections are why I use them. Delivery has never been an issue. They've never messed up an order and always go beyond what i expect. what I'm saying is the flowers you get will look better than the picture Is on their websites.

I ordered this nice HERSHEY'S HUGS bouquet for Valentine's Day and they totally mess up the delivery and bouquet! Tried to deliver some POS daisy's in a clear glass vase. When I called they said they're closed for the day and to call back tomorrow. I couldn't believe what I was hearing! "Call back tomorrow" I got a so called woman supervisor (Sam T) on the line who said they would get me the correct bouquet today (she was blowing me off).



Two hours later they call and said they were going to refund my money because they do not have the bouquet I orders. Now mind you I placed this order 1/26, I should have been at the top of this list, but the system obviously doesn't work like that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER!!
