Labor and Delivery
Childbirth stretches the vaginal canal and surrounding tissue. The vagina can mostly be repaired by the body’s own healing response. With many women, however, the tissue may not return to the same state as before childbirth. This stretching damages the vaginal walls, perineum and surrounding tissue, which often leads to diminished vaginal health.

Ultrasound
Varicose veins develop when an increase in pressure in the veins of the legs causes dilation and bulging. This process is accelerated in patients with a family history of varicose veins and people who stand to work all day long, and it is more common in females. The reason why females are at greater risk for developing varicose veins is that certain hormones that are present in greater amounts in women, particularly during pregnancy, cause a change in the veins that weaken them and make them more susceptible to dilation. The results of these bulging, dilated veins are pain, swelling, achiness, restlessness, itching, and discomfort. For many people, the symptoms are assumed to just be the results of getting older. It is also common for patients to not realize just what is going on. In some patients, the veins are blue and bulging, and in others, they are more subtle. The way to diagnose the presences of dilated veins and the reflux of blood flow, which is the hallmark of venous disease, is to conduct a non-invasion ultrasound exam. During a consultation, Dr. Mancoll will review your health history and evaluate the areas of concern. He will also discuss the varicose vein procedure and help you decide if treatment is right for you.
Chemotherapy
After the initial breast surgery, there most likely will be some secondary procedures, either as part of the plan or as a result of the patient desiring additional symmetry and form. The timing of the surgeries will vary based on what other adjuvant therapies (chemotherapy and radiation) the patient may need.

Rhinoplasty
Mancoll Cosmetic & Plastic Surgery is the only practice in the area that uses the advanced VECTRA 3D imaging system to provide our patients with the most complete education possible regarding their plastic surgery procedures. Using this system, we take a three-dimensional (3D) photograph of the patient prior to surgery. Then, using VECTRA’s software simulation tools, we can create 3D representations. Thigh Lift
A thigh lift is an operation that is designed to improve the contour of a woman’s upper legs. For most patients, thigh lifts can restore a more pleasing contour between a patient’s buttocks and legs. For many patients, the contour concerns may be as simple as addressing isolated areas of extra skin or fat. Here, the minimally invasive Smartlipo or Cellulaze laser technology may be enough. However, for those patients who require a greater excess of skin and/or fat removed, then a more involved lifting operation may be needed. This procedure can be performed on an outpatient basis; however, for most patents, it will include an overnight stay. It requires general anesthesia and can take between 4 and 6 hours. Factors, including the patient’s size and how much extra skin and fat he or she has, will affect how long the surgery is. To achieve the maximum results, a lower body lift can be done in conjunction with liposculpturing of the lower back, hips, and/or buttock.

For some, male breast enlargement can be the result of taking certain medications or excess consumption of alcohol and other recreational drugs.
