        Will try to scam you. He will ...

        Will try to scam you. He will pay part of the agreed price and than take off with the vehicle. He will promise to pay balance with a copy of title. BUYER BEWARE. A friend did not have the title, he PROMISED to pay the remainding balance, even signing a promisary note. He gave a false address. Title was found and he doesn't want to collect the title or pay the balance.
