        They make up their new rules w...

        They make up their new rules when it comes to redeeming CD's by mail. The signature card one signs at CD origination appears to be of no use at redemption. The CD disclosure statement is of no use when trying to redeem by mail. Unless you plan to redeem CD in person I do not recommend banking here. Would give them zero stars if I could. Avoid if possible.
