I like to shop at TBoy's Slaughter House because it has the friendliest people working there. The selection of Roasts that are seasoned (with TBoy's Cajun Seasonings) and stuffed with Garlic are mouthwatering! They service you very well, cutting whatever slice of Beef or Pork Meat that you request. They stuff and season half of hogs that are ready to put on the grill or in a Cajun Microwave. Mmm! But the absolute best is T-BOY'S BOUDIN and CRACKLINS! I heard that he won 2 yrs. in a row at the Boudin Cookoff. I love their Boudin and Cracklins.
