        Overall

        For Christmas I received a Dell Inspiron 14 Computer. It is a piece of JUNK, and went I took it back to Staples they refused to exchange it, even though I was well within the return time frame. They do not stand behind what they sell. So much

        their Satisfaction Guaranteed.
