A Touch Of Class Florist

Unfortunately when you google Birmingham florist and the results are listed alphabetically, this one comes first. I do not live in Alabama, but a friend had surgery at UAB and I wanted to send her flowers. The person who answered the phone was very rude. He acted like he didn't have time for me. When I told him I wanted something for about $45-$50 he said, "Our minimum is $55. It's been that way for four years." News flash- people who don't work there - much less people who live four hours away from there don't know that. Customer service goes a long way for me, and they didn't get a dime from my wallet. We ordered a beautiful arrangement in our price range from a very sweet lady at Dorothy McDaniel's!

After seeing the reviews here I thought I would use this florist. I felt it may be better to use a local florist versus FTD for this and future purchases. They made a few promises that they didn't keep and I feel let down not sure if the flowers were up to scratch. The first order was based on trust but in the future it will be FTD where a photo and number of stems are stated at least. Very disappointed. :(

Touch of Class delivered a beautiful arrangement, for my 5 you daughters dance recital! The flowers were perfect and the service was 5 star!! Will be using them again for sure!!

I got the name of this florist, "A Touch of Class", from the yellow pages online but now it's in my cell on speed-dial. The service, quality, friendliness makes 'A Touch of Class' and Gregg a pure pleasure to do business with. All I gave Gregg was a price, shape, color scheme and an idea (whimsical) and a few hours later my daughter received the most beautiful arrangement she had ever seen. She sent pictures of it to everyone and it's now my laptop wallpaper. We couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you Gregg.

I ordered a dozen long stemmed roses for someone special in my life and I got what I paid for !!! They were BEAUTIFUL !!!!

Very satisfied with the floral arrangment - I sent my wife for her birthday. All of her friends at work went on and on about how pretty. Will use them again



9/8/12 - Had to recently order a funeral arrangement for a close friend. Being out of town, several of my friends commented on how beautiful and full the arrangement was. I truly appreciate the work they have done for me. Thanks

Very personal helping me choose just the right flowers to send to my GF who was visiting her family home from the west coast. I called in from San Diego.



I've made the mistake in the past using FTD and 1-800-flowers ... etc. Those guys just drop off the flowers in a box and a vase and expect the recipient to cut and arrange the flowers.



I always use local flourist now! And Gregg (owner) at "A touch of Class Florist" is an artist in flower arrangement.



He texted me a picture of what I order to my cell phone.... Really went out of his way...

We used touch of class for my mother n laws blanket for her casket. absolutly breathtaking. 10 days later my grandmother passed and we used them again. I dont know how you could get any better PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!

WE absolutley think touch of class is the best around. you tell them what you want and you get way more than you expected. the flowers are full and perfect. I wish all flower shops could stand up to their quality. Long story short you get way more than you pay for!!!!!!!!
