        Overall

        Took my Jeep in for new tires and inspection. Waited for 4 hours, was told my car needed $1000 worth of work to pass inspection. Waited another 2 hours, paid my bill and was on my way. Car started making a funny noise within 24 hours. Took it back and was told it needed another $800 worth of work. Staff was friendly but I'm not convinced that I wasn't scammed. Didn't have time for second opinions unfortunately.

        Highway Robbery!!!

        I went to Firestone because I was happy with their customer service when I got an oil change and alignnment. The fan on my AC/heater went and I desperately needed it fixed. They quoted me $258 to fix it, admiting that the part was only $50 and the rest labor because of how difficult it would be to take the dashboard out. I was outraged at the price and took it elsewhere. I ended up getting it fixed for $38!!! The guy I took it to bought the part from the dealer for only $18 and $20 for labor! He admitted it took only 20 minutes to take the dash out, fix the part and put the dash back...Firestone is a ripoff!!! I asked the guy if he was sure of the price he charged me and he said for the ease of the fix he couldn't justify charging me more!
