I had a plumbing emergency and called their emergency number in YellowPages. He told me the prices, over just $100 to come out, and $140 an hour plus whatever parts he used. I said that was fine, then he said that he did not want to come out to my house because it was lunchtime. It seems like he gave me extravagant prices hoping i would say no, and when i didn't say no and accepted his price, he was rude and told me that he did not want to come out. If you have an emergency call someone else. Don't even call this guy for routine work and any plumbing work.

Steve Came out to my house cleaned the furnace, and tested everything. This was just not another job for steve, he took great care and pride in his work. He checked and double checked everything before leaving, Cleaned up the furnace and surrounding area. Was very professional. I asked him to check the wood stove chimney which he did. He also took the time to talk and explain everything with me. I would STRONGLY recommend him to anyone. He makes sure he takes his time and the the job is done right and safely. His main concern was not how long it took him, it was that everything was done correctly and safe for me and my family.
