Had a clutch issue with my BMW K75. Richard took on the quest

to get parts from a VERY uncooperative BMW dealer and BMW NA (North

America) was no help. HOWEVER, he pushed on, got the parts and got me

back on the road! Success! VERY nice folks who work very hard to take

care of their customers. Nice shop, well appointed, nice folks and very

knowledgeable.

I'm from out of state, pulled in with a charging issue on my 09 Road King. They replaced the regulator and had me back on the road in no time for a fair price. Owner was cool!! Tech was good. Thank you guys!

I delighted to find old school service that is hard to find nowadays... person who I dealt with went out of his way to help me. Won't find that kinda service at a stealership.
