        the service both over the phon...

        the service both over the phone and in the actual store was very slow and frustrating. they send you around to a lot of different departments rather than one service person taking the time to find out the answer to your question. i was on hold on the phone for over 20 minutes. when i called back, i still couldn't get a straight answer. when i went in, the service was no better. i will not shop at this store again!
