I’m so glad I found a nail place that I love after moving nearby. They have always consistently done a great job and are very friendly. I love that they recognize me when I come in. Ha always does my dip powder…she’s very good at it!

I have gone to Joe for a year now and I will not go to anyone else. I trust him and his judgment with my nails. He goes above and beyond for me each and every time. I never leave unsatisfied. If I am to not be pleased, he’s a perfectionist and will correct it before I leave.

I began using Star Nails several months ago, and I couldn't be happier! The studio is extremely clean, the nail techs are knowledgeable, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. The owners have recently expanded, and it is a lovely space.

This place is truly a relaxation oasis. The friendly environment mixed with the great pedicures makes it a great girls day out. The owner is very honest when it comes to what looks best on my nails. I get so many compliments on my nails by my co-workers. I always call for my appointment because they are usually busy. This place is a must go for my nails.

I have been getting mani pedis for over 2 decades. I know a good manicure. At first, I was very happy with this salon...even ignored the huge mural with the sinking American warship off the coast of Vietnam on the back wall ??? Well-priced treatments, comfy chairs, good color selection...however, the last..and it will be my last...I went in on a Friday to have a manicure. By Monday a finger had complete,y chip off, due to the strange fix she put on a broken nail...totally understandable. I went in WILLING to pay...they fixed it in a hurry...wouldn't take even a tip. She even repainted the others to match the fresh coat. Two days later, it all started chipping and peeling! I went in again WILLING to pay! I wanted to completely start over with a polish change...an option on their menu. The girl either didn't understand or didn't want to do it...threw another coat on all of my nails..then the gal who is obviously in charge tells me that they can't keep fixing my nails! REGULAR manicures don't last anyway so I should get gel...OK...I will...somewhere else...

Don't go the staff is very rude I had a pedicure today and always have design done. A few squiggles were done only. I was very unhappy since I was paying extra for this tacky mess. It is hard to get fixed since few speak English. Although the manager knew it was awful he did not care and could not explain what it was on my toe. It is easier to leave and have fixed down the road

This is by far the most classy, clean and professional nail salon around! I have been a client at Star Nails for over 10 years and would never think about going anywhere else. If you are looking for the most elegant nails and most relaxing pedicure... this IS the place to go!!! Ha and staff are the best at what they do!!!

I had permanent makeup done on Monday. This was done by the owner of the Salon.. She is a true professional, and takes great care to get the shape and color of my eyebrows just right. She was very caring about my comfort during the procedure. I am looking forward to having my eyeliner done next Monday. It is the best place to have this done, and you will never regret it.

She listens to what you want, addresses your concerns, and best of all..she's very detail oriented!!! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure by applying sufficient numbing cream, talking me through the proedure, and checking with me periodically to make sure I was satissfied with what I saw. She works in a natural fashion to create a natural everyday look. Most importantly, she used very modern technology for the DIGITAL permanent make-up and provided a very clean, relaxing, and truly comfortable environment. The results were amazing as a result of her precision and expertise and instantly brightened up my face!!.I've gotten lots and lots of compliments on the permanent eyebrow and liner make-up I got from Star Nails!! It is very rare and valuable to have such a gifted and talented professional in our area. Star nails is the best salon in the entire Sarasota County area. I have tried salons from North Port to Bradenton and they are the most professional and welcoming. The pedicure is awesome and they use hot stones at the end of this treatment. The waterfall which was built by the owners husband is artistic and soothing - just what you need when being pampaered. Thank you to all of the staff at Star Nails!

Everyone there is so nice. The salon is so clean and beautiful. The facials and skin care products are to die for! I've had my nails done for over twenty years and nobody does them better than Star Nails!

I have tried other shops but I've been going to Star Nails for over five years. Everyone is curteous, it is a clean well managed shop.
