A furnace was installed by them a few years prior to us buying a new house. The furnace they installed quit shortly after we purchased our home and had them come out to repair it. repairman was friendly and told us it would still be under warranty, and even the furnace says 10 year warranty on parts. A year later we get a bill for 300 dollars for parts, and the rude lady at the office pretty much said we needed to pay for it all. Way to stand behind your products you charge an arm and a leg for.. horrible, will never use them again for anything. Call someone else who stands behind their products and installations because they don't.

Terrible was told that valued customer were first come first serve. I own a manufactured home and said they are not working on them right now because they are too time consuming. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Made me feel like I was lower class and was at the bottom of the totem pole. They would not even put me on a wait list. They were to busy and had other people without heat and me being without water wasn't there issue because I lived in a manufactured home. Didn't refer me to anyone or suggest a solution just told me to have a good day.
