I WOULD LIKE TO SINGLE OUT YOUR EMPLOYEE, JULIA WILSON AT THE VANCOUVER PLAZA MALL STORE. I FELL IN THE WATER AND LOST ALL FUNCTIONS ON PHONE-DEAD-. I WENT TO THE STORE LAST THURSDAY AND DESPITE NOT BEING ABLE TO ACTIVATE MY OLD PHONE, SHE PERSEVERED AND TOUCHED-TONED HER WAY TO GET MY CONTACTS AND PHOTOS BACK. NO APPS BUT DIDN'T NEED/REMEMBER 70% OF THEM ANYWAY. REALLY APPRECIATE HER CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This by far was the worst customer service I've received from any verizon authorized store! The salesperson Diana, did not even (and was not willing to) look at my daughters phone when we brought it in saying the speaker was not working and that nobody on the other end could hear you talking. She was very snotty and just said "you'll need to call 611". No explanation that they are no longer a verizon owned kiosk or anything else. She was the most rude and abrasive person I've come across representing the verizon brand! I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy go to this Vancouver Mall kiosk as it will be a big waste of your time!

The manager at this location is the absolute worst. After telling me that he would order a replacement phone he did nothing. He sent me on my way thinking I was going to receive a phone in the mail from Verizon within a couple days. A week later no phone. I contact the 1-800 number to inquire about the phone and the rep tells me there is no order for a phone. The manager was rude and he is untrustworhty! All they are worried about is sales sales sales. Forget it when someone comes back with an issue. You get treated like crap! Good luck!
