        Robert C. Russell is an experienced and caring attorney located in Vancouver, Washington. During his 25+ years of practice, Rob has helped thousands of individuals and small businesses obtain financial relief both under bankruptcy law and through non-bankruptcy means. Robert C. Russell has lived in Vancouver nearly all his life. Rob graduated from Columbia River High School in 1982. In 1986, Rob graduated with cum laude honors from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon. While at Linfield, Rob was a member of two National Championship Football teams (NAIA Div. II, 1982/1984). In 1989, Rob obtained his Juris Doctor from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, graduating in the top 1/3 of his class. He was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1989 and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington in 1990. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Rob's practice has focused primarily on assisting individuals and small businesses with financial challenges. Rob's practice has also included wills, probate, estate planning, business formation and general civil litigation. Rob is married, has 3 step-sons and a daughter. He enjoys playing many different sports, keeping up with current events, reading, and is actively involved in his church.

        Overall

        I recently found myself in a financial mess. I wasn’t sure what my options were or frankly, where to start. I called Mr. Russell’s office and made an appointment. When I arrived, everyone in the office was very kind. Throughout the process, Mr. Russell and his assistant were very reassuring and helpful. It was such a relief to put my financial troubles into someone else’s very competent hands! Mr. Russell and his staff are caring and knowledgeable, and really helped me through a very difficult situation. I would highly recommend their services.
