It took them 4 attempts to replace my fuel pump. They charged me for 2 different fuel pumps along the way. They did not honor the warranty on their parts and labor and instead blamed the problems on an old employee who had recently quit. Extremely unprofessional behavior for a shop that messed up a repair 3 times. They also didn't listen when I told them I use 5w30 synthetic oil and put in regular 10w30. In my opinion this shows a lack of concern for customers. I had been bringing my cars in for the last 5 years. The last few trips have been flat out disappointing. The owner Jeremy did not listen to my issues and continued to blame an ex employee.

The work and customer service is excellent always. I have used them for many years. We have 2 older cars...1996 and 2003. They have always been honest and tell us when repairs can wait. Kudos to Jesse and Raymond!! They will keep our cars on the road for many more years.
