Cricket Wireless

I will never shop at Cricket at Vancouver Mall, and after they way they treated one of my family members I will actually steer clear of any cricket phones or service. The kiosk is a joke, the employees will lie through their teeth to get a sale. The manager, Blake, knows this, and lets it happen, but when the customer calls out on it, he turns the blame around on the employees. Blake is a horrible manager, and does not train the employees properly, but takes no responsibility for it. The managers here are also very unprofessional. If you can hear, from two kiosks over, a manager talking crap about an employee to another manager, then something is not right.
