Access Dental

I am a Resident Manager for an Adult Family Home here in Vancouver WA. I recently accompanied one of our residents to this office for a comprehensive dental examination. I have had many encounters with various health care professionals on my residents’ behalf, but I have never experienced the level of professionalism that I witnessed at this office. My resident and I were treated with kindness, dignity and respect. We were given a thorough explanation of all of the steps that would be required for treatment, and they went out of their way to be certain that we understood everything. I highly recommend this office and commend them for the excellent service.

I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DENTAL OFFICE TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMY, AND WILL NEVER RETURN! If I could give negative stars I would give a negative 2!
Dr. Grayson is the worst dentist I have EVER been to. He turned a simple 45 minute appointment to have a tooth pulled into a 2.5 hour ordeal.
Dr. Grayson:
* Argued with me about having a root canal and crown for 10 minutes even though I repeatedly told him that's something I can't afford (I think he was in it for the added fee to make more money off a more expensive procedure).
* He didn't numb the area well enough and wouldn't numb it more even though I was crying in the chair.
* He kept pushing "himself" against me even though I kept moving away, I was almost in the middle of the chair.
* He argued with me about the pain medication even though I explained that I am very allergic to it.
* He prescribed an antibiotic for a large infection that NEEDED to be treated. When I called the next day to report extreme diarrhea from the medication, he said he didn't want to prescribe anything else and to just quit taking it all together, so not treating the infection at all. After fighting for my right to be treated for the infection he reluctantly prescribed a new antibiotic.
All in all a bad dentist.

The worst dentist experience ever. Place is filthy vloody rags laying around. After they burnt my face and i didnt want to continue, dr Sharma still billed my insurance. I have a fraud case aginst them now. If ya know whats good for ypu dont go to this place its a disgrace to all dentist

Seen same day with short notice. Staff stayed hours late to accomodate my needs. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Prescribed extra pain meds without a hassle due to legitamit need. I highly recommend.

The worst dental experience I've ever had. I went in for X-rays and a simple cleaning. When I called to make the appointment the girl who answered was apathetic and rude. When I arrived the woman at the desk was much nicer but didn't tell me that I would have to wait 30 minutes to be taken back and then wait another 10 minutes for someone to come talk to me.

The guy that took my X-rays shoved the bite wings in my mouth which I now have bruising from. There was no communication between the 5 different people that came in to talk to me and I had to answer the same questions many times.

You never really appreciate a good hygienist until you have a bad one. Though the woman who cleaned my teeth was nice she was obviously unexperienced. I've never experienced pain while getting my teeth cleaned in the past, but this time I said "ouch" at least 10 times. After she left i had to wait 30 minutes for the dentist to come in. When he did finally show up he wouldn't speak directly to me, he only spoke to the hygienist. In total I was there over 2.5 hours for an appointment that would have taken an hour anywhere else. I will never go back. I wish I would have read more reviews before going there. Yes, they were cheap, but it wasn't even worth what I did pay.
