American Tire Depot - Sherman Oaks

I usually like to come to this place , but after my experience over the phone it changed my prospective of this American Tire Depot.

I called in for some tires and the guy I spoke to name was Freddy hes was being rude. Not only was he rude he also made me feel "Uncomfortable" like I didn't know what I was talking about when I gave him my tire size. He gave me a hard time about about what tire size I gave him. I repeated myself for him least three times. It being the exact same thing I said the first time.

He went ahead and gave me the price for the tires. The total came out to $535.
Me being a loyal customer with this American Tire Depot I asked Freddy if I can get some type of deal since I've been going to them for many years.

He had the audacity to pull up my file from there system and pointed out that I've only made one purchase and that was 2 months ago, basically calling me a liar.
I've been recommending alot of my family members and friends to this place for many years. ( They will differently hear about my experience)

That being said , if a customer is spending a good amount of money at least attempt to make them feel like there not be robbed and knock down the price a couple bucks , Especially if your giving them a hard time and Especially if they have been loyal customer with you guys.
I go more then out of my way to come to this place, knowing there is one 5 min up the street from me.
I am never coming to this American Tire Again

Bad customer service. Very different from when you walk in and when you call over the phone.

I called the American Tire Depot off of burbank.
Right off the bat great customer service! Called and had my order done with in the 5 minutes.
And get this, He also gave me a way better price on the tires $510

The American Tire Depot off of van nuys blvd proved to me that they did not care about there customers satisfaction or there customer service.

I came here because I got a nail in my tire and had warranty from another location. They were very friendly and patched the tire for free, without any issues. Chris is the one who patched the tire and did a great job. The manager was also very polite. Thank you guys!
