Without a doubt the worst internet service provider I have ever dealt with. I lose my signal every 15 minutes even though they have come to "fix" it multiple times. All they do is install a new modem. My package is supposed to offer around 1mbps, but i frequently see it drop into the 5 KILOBYTE range. 5kb/s is so slow that if I was getting such a speed on Dial Up i would call and complain. Only as an absolute last resort should you become involved with this ridiculous company. There are plenty of satellite internet companies and others that will provide within its range, so please reconsider.
