Rude!! Arrogant front desk people at this store. Asking a question about purchasing appliances was like asking a stranger walking by in the street who didn't know what you were talking about. They didn't want to be bothered. Acted annoyed. I won't ever purchase a thing from them!! I hope every customer walks out of there!

I purchased a few thousand dollars worth of items to remodel a bathroom & was shocked at how rude & grossly incompetent the salesman in that department was.  He made several mistakes--ordering the wrong item & blaming me even though I have proof that I gave him the correct item number, overcharging me on a list of products because HE did the math wrong & then couldn't admit he made a mistake--he just walked away & let the supervisor fix his mess--never apologizing for getting angry with me when I wouldn't back down & pay the inaccurate total. Also, when I purchased most of these things, I was told by the salespeople that the items are NOT special order and ARE refundable if unopened, but then when I actually needed to return one of them unopened, I was told nothing is refundable at all under any circumstances! How convenient to say one thing to make a sale, but then not stand by that promise. I still haven't received the last product I purchased.  I paid in full over a month ago & was told it would be in within 10 days.  Out of spite the order wasn't even placed for a long time after I paid the $300.   This store has absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced--ever!  One can only hope they go out of business, or Best Buy sells them.

I can't tell you how happy i was to meet their Plumbing Manager Armando.. My contractor went out of business and Armando took the time to find an old work order and the sales slip to ensure what would have cost me nearly $1,200.00 was only a warranty item.. Their quality customer service impressed me.. Thank you again for all your help
