I called three local shops when my sewing machine was acting up and they all wanted to keep my machine for 2 weeks and charged $125 - $150 just to look at it. When I talked to Dan, he said he'd look at it while I waited but couldn't promise that I wouldn't have to leave it...…..he not only fixed it, he replaced the thread cutter, cleaned and oiled it, and did whatever magic he does to make my machine like new. All in less than an hour and at a fraction of the cost the other places wanted. I will happily make the 2 hour round trip any time my machine needs attention.

AWESOME The lady who answered the phone was helpful and friendly. She transferred me to Dan who asked me what my sewing machine was doing, when I told him, he told me to do three things which worked. He easily could have had me bring the machine to him and charged me, but of course did NOT. Integrity plus.
