We had WCI change our liner last summer. They didn't build our pool so they came out to take measurements and noticed a couple of places where our original liner did not seem to fit properly. Honestly, we just thought that was how the liner was supposed to be. When they installed our new liner, everything was perfect! The two spots that had wrinkles before were absolutely perfect…no more wrinkles to catch the dirt and try to get clean with a vacuum (which rarely worked!). So glad we went with WCI. Very professional people, friendly crew and very helpful every time we've called.
