        The worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life the owner doesn’t know what she’s talking about way overpriced go to all Iowa Pools best place in the world stay away from this place it’s horrible trust me

        I have been a customer of Water World since 1996. The first spa that I had from them was a Coleman. I had been looking for a Hot-Tub for a long time. When I went to their store, I spoke with Gena. I was impressed with her knowledge, and the way that she showed me how to shop for a hot-tub. Going from store to store, was somewhat confusing. I felt that Gena helped me get on the right track. Whenever I have had a question, or concern, Water World has been there to help me. I have since, upgraded to a newer spa from Water World! Their service, support, and genuine care for their customers has kept me coming back for more!!
