Weight loss was my first mindset however after attending LHOP Fitness it became so much more. I went from just wanting to loss weight to learning how to be healthy and eat clean. The owner is so professional yet personable. Shes very concerned about your overall well being even down to assisting you with food prepping if needed. Her motto is GET OFF THE COUCH !

Where would I be, had it not been for Kim! Kim not only helps with fitness goals, but with life goals as well. Kim has pushed me to achieve feats that I never thought I would and helped me to believe in myself. I am a new person thanks to LHOP!

Not only does Kim helpmwith weight loss but she tapers your fitness profile based upon your needs! She's an excellent addition as a trainer to getting healthy and staying fit to live a far better life from whence you came! #LHOP4LYFE
