I plan on buying my grandfather a car from Ford of Upland. Great!! Service.

I purchased a used 2011 Ford Explorer XLT in March of 2016. Approximately, a month later, I began hearing brake noises, I took the vehicle in to be serviced and learned of a few very serious problems occurring with the vehicle. I was told by two separate Ford dealerships that the vehicle shouldn't have been put on the lot for sale. Needless to say, I was shocked especially since I paid cash for the vehicle. When I contacted the salesman Eric, I was referred to the service Manager, Mark Pavey. My experience with him felt like he tried to avoid responsibility for substandard work on a vehicle that his department was responsible for. In addition to the cash price of the vehicle, I paid for an extended warranty. I am so thankful that I did. After speaking to Mark in great detail, he agreed to repair one of the problems with the vehicle, but as a result of the serious nature of the problems with the vehicle, they are in Breech of Contract.

I drove off the lot in the purchased vehicle while being allowed to keep my private vehicle on Ford's lot until my return, a week later. Eric was kind enough to drive my vehicle to train station, on his own time, for my convenience. He gave me his personal cell phone number for questions or concerns pertaining to the vehicle. I did contact him a couple of times with questions about the vehicle, to which he promptly returned my call with the requested answers. Not to mention the fact that my sons were thrilled to be able to ride in one of their dream cars, a Ford Mustang GT. Thanks to Eric. Thank you Eric for being kind to my sons during the purchasing process. Five Stars for Eric G.!!!!! Zero stars for the way that I was treated by the Service Manager, Mark Pavey. I went there to look at a used focus on saw on sale online. When I got there the salesman and manager were rude and kept pressuring to buy the car Now! So pushy and rude, I had a bad feeling and bought a different car elsewere.

My expectations were surpassed and my experience was perfect at Ford of Upland. I would like to express how great my experience was and I have referred colleagues to the dealership already.

I took my car in to Ford of Upland for work that needed to be done. The service advisor got the parts I needed even though they werent covered under warranty. I have been taking my vehicle to Ford of Upland for 12 years and I've never had a problem.

Gilbert and George are excellent. I give them an A+ for all of their hard work and service.

I really enjoyed the shuttle ride that was provided. It was a huge convenience factor for me, plus the driver was really sweet.

I work next door to Ford Of Upland at Jack In The Box. They got me a 1st time buyer loan on a new Ranger!

This dealership lacks Cust service.. The service dept has a total disregard for the Customers time and money.. I can't ever get a call back from the service manager ( bill stall) just a bunch of dodging around... More reviews to follow...

My car was ready when promised. They gave great advice and even noticed when something was going to need repair in the future and advised me on what to do.
